In January 2011, three photographers, Guillaume Binet, Lionel Charrier and Julien Daniel settled on Tahir Square for 10 solid days, from the early demonstrations to Hosni Mubarak’s fall and, subsenquently, to the first days of freedom : Time enough for a revolution.
This book shows how the Arab world was shaken and called to a change . There are moments in History when time accelerates, when what seemed everlasting becomes trivial and ephemeral, when the destiny of a nation changes and so much becomes possible.
The book was first presented at Arles in the summer of 2011 and at Visa pour l’image. As the first publishing gained rapid success, Revolution was republished in English and presented at BAL in Paris in February 2012.
